November Club has shipped! Clubs purchased today will ship on December 16th for guaranteed arrival by Christmas.
Join the Club! Each month, Club Members will receive an email detailing an exclusive collection of items; at least 3 cheeses will be included along with our favorite pairings, cheese tools, or other sweet merchandise. Expect premier access to special release cheeses and limited availability items not otherwise available in our store.
Shipments are sent the second or third week of each month. Members can always choose to skip a month.

The Coolest Contents
The Cheese Club is designed for those who enjoy a taste of the extraordinary.
These monthly collections feature three cheeses and three pairings, including sneak-peeks at new products, exclusive seasonal and limited-release cheeses, and seasonally-themed pairings that we don’t typically stock in our online shop.
How Does The Subscription Work?
As of September 2024, we have moved away from a prepaid "credit system" for our Cheese Club to a new recurring charge system.
When you subscribe to the Cheese Club, your payment information and club preferences will save to your very own customer profile where you can manage all of your shipment details, payment options, and whether you want to skip an upcoming shipment.
Customers will receive email notifications 3 days before they are charged for the upcoming month that serves as a reminder to make modifications to their upcoming shipments.
Once your card is charged for your subscription, customers will receive a receipt of the purchase.
Cheese Club Shipping Schedule
Our Cheese Club ships on the second or third week of each month.
Orders placed after a monthly Cheese Club ships won't ship until the following cheese club month. For instance, if we ship an order on the 11th of the month, an order placed on the 15th won't be shipped until the following club shipment.
Skipping, Rescheduling, And Managing Shipments
Our new system allows you to manage most of your shipment details customer profile.
Skipping is as easy as the click of the button; your charge will be delayed until the next month's ship date. You can also choose to preemptively skip a shipment in the coming three month period.
If you're away from home or would simply prefer to reschedule your club to arrive a little later, we're happy to help. Email our customer service team to push your shipment back a week or two. Please note that because our Cheese Club contains limited-release perishables, requests for long delays may result in us swapping out products from the club's original lineup.
Adding On Items
Looking to add a little extra cheese to your club box? We have a full assortment of our single cheeses in your customer portal. You can select cheeses as a one-time add-on or as a recurring part of your cheese club subscription.
Because some of our cheeses are seasonal or limited production, there is a possibility that cheeses added as a subscription will fall out of stock and won't ship with your order. If an add-on cheese is out of stock at the time of a recurring charge, you will not be charged for it.
Gifting A Cheese Club Membership
You can give the gift of the Cheese Club as either a one-time gift or set up a prepaid membership.
For one-time gifts, simply scroll up and select the "One-Time Club Purchase" option. To add a gift note, use the gift note field in your cart before checkout.
For a multi-month subscription, we recommend using our Cheese Club e-gift. With the e-gift, all you have to do is enter a recipient's email, write a personal message, and checkout! No worrying about getting the correct address or future months; gift recipients will receive an email where they can enter their delivery details and will then be set up with their own customer portal where they can choose to skip or modify their future shipments.
Trouble Adding Payment Details
If you're subscribing to a new club through this club page and go through checkout normally, your payment will be securely saved through e-commerce platform. This payment will be editable in your Cheese Club Portal.
If you received a Cheese Club credit as a gift or were migrated from our old system, your account will not have a form of payment attached to it.
Once those credits are exhausted, or if there is insufficient credit to complete your shipment, then you will need to follow a new checkout through this page.
Important: if you have residual credits on an account, be sure to checkout with the same email as is on the account. This will align your remaining credits and saved payment information.
When you check out with a new subscription, be sure that there are not two Cheese Clubs as active subscriptions in your account (that is unless you'd like to receive two club boxes).
