• Where Does Swag Come From?

Traditionally, when we run a swag campaign, we get a bulk run of shirts produced at a local screen printer. Those runs are one-timers, so when we run out, there's no more! This swag store takes advantage of a print-on-demand service. This means that everything you order is being made just for you.

  • How Long Will It Take?

This depends largely on garment availability and the shipping speed you choose (hint: if you enter a phone number at checkout, you should be able to choose a faster ship speed for your order). In general, budget for 9 days until receipt; production takes 3-4 business days, fulfillment takes an additional 1-2 days, and shipping is 3-5.

  • Hey! Where Is That One Design We Made in 2006?

Great question! We set up this swag store to have a comprehensive collection of previous designs featuring some fan-favorites. If you have a particular design that is not yet set up, you can feel free to email me and request that we set up a new design. So long as I can find the old files, it should be easy to create.

  • Why Are Prices The Way They Are?

Pricing depends primarily on the base garment that the swag was set up to print on. Based on color, cut, and presentation, swag items don't all use the same "blank." This means that higher-priced garments will have...higher prices. Please note that we have not added any margin to the cost of the garment; the price you pay is the price it costs the service to print it.

  • I Want X Design On Y Garment Instead

We should be able to make that happen for you within reason. If you want a throw pillow with the cheese eagle on it, it's doable. As before, email me. However, not every request to set up designs on niche products will be met with alacrity or at all—I am one guy and can only do so much. I just ask that you be considerate with any such requests.

  • Can I Share This Link

For the time being, we'd like to keep our swag store close to the JHF universe. We're fine with you sharing the link with close friends, relatives, and folks within the industry. Because the store is connected to a Shopify site that is undergoing active construction, we would prefer that it not be shared with the general public.
